Graham Jeffery is an independent strategy consultant and decision analyst, working with a number of firms: Eden McCallum, a-connect and Rosa & Co. He specialises in solving strategy problems that are both organisationally and technically complex. He is also:
- Chief Technical Officer for QuDec, developing software for decision analysis.
- Treasurer (and website developer) for St Thomas with St Stephen, Telford Park, a vibrant and growing C of E parish in south London.
- Trustee for Futures Theatre Company, which creates dynamic, high quality and relevant drama and runs issue-based workshops covering sexual health, drug awareness, conflict resolution, racism, bullying and mental health.
Graham has 25+ years’ experience analysing and modelling complex situations and developing strategy in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, oil & gas, defence, infrastructure and private equity industries. In the 1990s he developed for Strategic Decisions Group (SDG) the portfolio management methodology that is now widespread in the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked with several of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies designing strategies for individual assets, therapeutic area franchises and corporate portfolios. He has been involved in the start-up of four ventures, including opening a new office in India for SDG.
Graham is widely regarded as a guru in Excel, modelling and decision analysis. He leads workshops and capability transfer initiatives and is a powerful coach and mentor. He is an occasional guest lecturer at the London Business School and the London School of Economics. His first degree is in mathematics from Jesus College, Cambridge, and his MBA is from the London Business School. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered IT Professional.
