Basis Appraisal

Basis Appraisal

Basis appraisal is the last of four phases in the traditional decision analysis cycle. During this phase of the cycle, the decision basis and its associated recommendation are interpreted in terms of their implications for action. At the end of this phase, the decision participants should determine whether a clear course of action has been identified or whether further analysis is necessary.
